A wedding contra, square or barn dance dance offers a unique opportunity to bring all the guests together in a joyful, exhilarating activity that is the perfect complement to the day’s celebrations.
We provide our own sound equipment, arrive early to set up in the space provided, and are experienced in striking and departing quietly without interfering with late night revelers. Judy is highly experienced in choosing dances that will engage and stimulate without creating frustration and chaos on the dance floor, and is easily able to adapt to the sometimes limited floor space. The band will provide an exciting and upbeat mix of Celtic tunes chosen to best fit the dances.
Our fee is contingent upon the distance we have to travel. Sound, set-up and strike, the use of a cordless mic for speeches and playing background music (you provide) for the reception (if the reception and dancing are in the same space) are all included.
